Dealume is currently in preview. This page describes the privacy approach intended for the service as it develops.
When production features are connected, Dealume may collect information you choose to provide, such as an email address for deal alerts, along with standard technical information such as device type, browser, referral source, and pages viewed.
Information may be used to operate the service, deliver requested alerts, understand site usage, improve deal relevance, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Dealume may use essential cookies and privacy-conscious analytics. If advertising, affiliate tracking, or additional analytics tools are introduced, this policy will be updated to describe them.
Some outbound links may contain affiliate tracking parameters. A merchant or affiliate network may use cookies or similar technologies to attribute a qualifying purchase to Dealume.
Dealume does not intend to sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the site, subject to appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
When email alerts are launched, every marketing message will include an unsubscribe mechanism. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on your location.
A production contact method will be added before public launch. Until then, this policy is a launch-stage placeholder and should be reviewed before collecting personal data.
